The Australia Institute of Future Education (AIFE) is a TEQSA certified higher education provider delivering innovative programs through partnerships with universities, government bodies and industry globally. We design and deliver programs that prepare learners for a rapidly changing workforce and global academic environment.

Our Academic Affairs Division oversees program design, quality assurance, academic operations, student experience and partner engagement.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a leader with experience coordinating regional TNE operations and institutional partnerships across multiple markets. You will oversee the alignment and performance of AIFE’s regional TNE functions across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and other operational regions, working closely with Regional Directors and Student Success leaders. This role ensures operational consistency, strong stakeholder engagement and the successful delivery of institutional priorities, while driving continuous improvement across AIFE’s global network.

What You Will Lead

1. Global TNE Leadership & Coordination

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across AIFE’s global TNE activities and regional operations
  • Oversee coordination and alignment of regional TNE functions across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and other regions
  • Monitor operational consistency, stakeholder engagement and service delivery across the TNE network

2. Regional Oversight & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Provide leadership and operational oversight to Regional Directors and TNE operational teams
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with partner institutions and key stakeholders across regions
  • Represent AIFE in institutional discussions, forums and stakeholder engagements

3. Student Success & Institutional Support

  • Support initiatives that strengthen student engagement, participation, retention and overall experience across regions
  • Work collaboratively with Student Success, Academic Affairs and operational teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives relating to student experience

4. Institutional Projects & Strategic Initiatives

  • Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of institutional projects and regional operational activities
  • Support institution-wide initiatives including conferences and cross-functional operational projects
  • Monitor timelines and stakeholder coordination across divisional initiatives

5. Governance, Reporting & Operational Improvement

  • Maintain operational oversight, reporting and governance across global TNE operations
  • Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives across regions
  • Identify operational risks, coordination issues and improvement opportunities

6. Leadership & Team Management

  • Provide leadership and operational support across regional TNE functions and teams
  • Foster a collaborative, professional and student-focused working environment
  • Promote professionalism, accountability and continuous improvement across the division

About You

You are an experienced international education leader who values operational excellence, strong partnerships and student success. You bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, International Education or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Significant experience in international education, transnational education or regional operational leadership
  • Demonstrated experience managing regional operations, institutional partnerships or international stakeholder engagement
  • Strong organisational and operational leadership skills across multiple regions and stakeholder groups
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across culturally diverse environments
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional operational activities and institutional initiatives
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills, including operational reporting and correspondence
  • Strong analytical, administrative and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams across international environments
  • Understanding of higher education, international education or transnational education environments highly regarded
