Rod has been a corporate lawyer and company director for over 35 years. He is a founder of Lamplugh McIntosh Lawyers where he is now Special Counsel. He has extensive experience providing strategic direction and guidance to companies particularly in matters concerning legal, governance, compliance and financial issues.
He has been a company director of ASX listed and private companies, both international and Australian and several not for profit organizations.
He is currently a trustee of the Victoria Police PF, a director of the Mitchell Group of companies, a director of the Australian Childhood Foundation and Acting Chairman of the Harold Mitchell Foundation.
Outside of his professional life Rod enjoys time with his family, sporting pursuits, reading and travel.
